"Refund was quick, just bad timing"
I ended up needing a refund mostly because the timing just didn’t work out on my end, but I was actually surprised by how fast it came back. No hassle or back-and-forth, which I really appreciated.

"I appreciated that the shipping cost showed up..."
I appreciated that the shipping cost showed up before I paid, so there wasn’t any annoying surprise at the very end. Checkout was smooth overall. I do wish the shipping was a little cheaper though—if it keeps going up, I’d probably start looking elsewhere...

"Inventory was mostly right"
I ordered ski boots from skibarn.com after looking around at a few other sites, mainly because they were showing my size, still in stock.
The inventory was accurate, overall. One color I had my eye on was gone by the time I checked out, but the size and model I actually ordered were available, and shipped without any strange delay.
It wasn’t perfect, but it was definitely better than those sites that say something is in stock, then cancel your order two days later. I’d order from them again, I’d just move fast, if it says low stock.

"Wasn’t sure at first, but they fixed it fast"
I had an issue with my order and, i was annoyed at first. I wasn’t sure if it was going to turn into a whole back-and-forth thing, but I reached out to skibarn and they got back to me really quickly. They explained what happened and took care of it without much hassle. Maybe I was a little too quick to get frustrated, but either way, I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Really, really helpful staff"
I stopped in looking for some boots and the staff was super chill, super easy to deal with. They helped me get fitted quick, and I was in and out without any hassle. Left feeling happy with the whole thing

"Pretty great boot fitting experience"
I went to skibarn.com because my ski boots had been hurting my feet badly, and I was kind of at my limit with them. The boot fitter was great — he took his time, asked a bunch of questions, and made a few small adjustments that made a huge difference. I skied the next day and my boots finally felt right. Happy with the service overall and I’d definitely go back

"Showed up right when expected"
I ordered a pair of ski pants and they got here right around the time they said they would, maybe within a day or so. The tracking was easy enough to follow and I didn’t have to deal with any back-and-forth. Overall, happy with the whole thing

"Great selection for ski stuff"
I was poking around for some new ski gear and Ski Barn had way more options than I thought it would. Tons of brands, sizes, styles, all that... not just the same handful of things you see everywhere else.
Comparing jackets, pants, and goggles was easy too, which I appreciated because I get tired of clicking around forever. I also found a couple things I hadnt been able to find locally, so that was a nice surprise.
Overall I’m happy with it. The selection is really what stood out to me, and it’s probably the main reason I’d come back again...

"Super easy rental and friendly crew"
Rented skis for myself and a snowboard for my son through skibarn.com, and the whole thing was really smooth. Pickup was quick, the gear looked well taken care of, and the staff were friendly about helping us dial in the right sizes. I kind of got the impression they stay on top of their equipment, though I didn’t exactly inspect everything closely. Prices seemed fair too. I’d definitely rent from them again.

"Helpful staff when I was feeling a bit unsure"
I had a good experience at Skibarn. I was in a kind of unsure mood that day because I didn’t really know what skis made sense for my level, but the staff were patient and explained the differences without making me feel awkward. They clearly knew the gear and helped me narrow things down quickly. The only reason I’d give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the store was busy, so I did have to wait around a bit.

"Clear updates the whole way!!"
I ordered a helmet and had a sizing question before it shipped, and honestly... they got back to me fast!! The reply actually felt like a real person wrote it, too, not some generic copy-paste thing, which I appreciated a lot.
The shipping updates were super easy to follow as well!! I never had to sit there wondering what was happening with my order... everything was clear, simple, and just made the whole process feel way less stressful!!!

"Easy pickup, but a little confusing"
I ordered online and picked everything up at the store the next day. The staff was helpful and found my order quickly, which was nice. The only downside was that the pickup signs weren’t super clear, so I had to look around a bit before figuring out where to go.

"I got a pair of ski..."
I got a pair of ski pants and a jacket, they feel really solid, like, just well made overall. The sizing was pretty much right on too, which was nice because, you know, ordering gear online can be a little hit or miss. I’ve worn them for a few weekends now and, so far, I haven’t had any issues at all.

"Returning the boots was surprisingly painless"
I had to return a pair of boots and expected it to be a whole thing, but it was super quick and no hassle at all. "Fair prices and an easy shopping experience"
The prices felt fair overall. Not everything was the absolute cheapest, but I didn’t notice any weird markups or feel like I was being overcharged. That matters to me because it makes shopping feel more straightforward and less like I have to second-guess every item. I’d be comfortable shopping there again.
